Do you work in the rain?
Yes. We service in most weather. If conditions are unsafe or the yard is flooded, we'll reschedule and let you know.
Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop?
Absolutely, as long as they're friendly. Just let us know so our tech knows what to expect.
Do I need to be home for you to clean my yard?
No. Most clients are at work. We just need reliable gate access.
When will I be billed?
Recurring service is billed automatically at the 15th of each service month.
Do you put the waste in our trashcan?
No, we haul everything away and dispose of it properly at no extra charge.
Can we choose the day for service?
We'll do our best to match your preference based on the route for your neighborhood.
