Client Terms of Service

Initial Cleanup:

  • Most initial and or one-time cleanups take less than 30 minutes. Cleanups exceeding 30 minutes will incur a charge of $1 per additional minute.

Responsibilities:

  • You must maintain safe access to your yard. If access is blocked and we cannot perform the cleanup, you will still be charged for the visit.
  • Please notify us immediately of any changes in the number of pets.
  • Ensure prompt payment of balances due.

Weather Conditions:

  • Inclement weather may delay cleanups. We will service your yard as soon as conditions allow.
  • We close only on Thanksgiving Day and December 23–26. Upon our return, please expect a higher volume of waste.

Pausing Service:

  • Notify us in advance via email or your Sweep&Go client portal if your pet(s) will not be using the yard (e.g., during vacations or illness) to pause service and avoid unnecessary charges.

Access and Yard Conditions:

  • We can only remove visible waste. If leaves, limbs, or debris obstruct our visibility, we will remove what we can see. We do not rake leaves or move yard debris.

Safety Policy:

  • We love dogs, but we will leave immediately if we feel unsafe due to aggressive behavior (charging, growling, or threatening barking). Your safety and ours are paramount.

Liability:

  • We are not liable for damages to yards, gates, pets, or other property.

Fees and Promotions:

  • Fees and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Termination and Payments:

  • Either party may terminate service via email or the Sweep & Go client portal.
  • Unpaid balances are due within 15 days. Accounts past due beyond 15 days may be sent to collections.

Agreement:

  • By initiating service, both parties agree to these terms and responsibilities.
